Add Files

Bring in PDFs, documents, photos and videos from the Files app — on this device, in iCloud Drive or anywhere else Files can reach.

1. Open the album you want the files in.
2. Tap + in the middle of the bottom bar, then tap From Files.
3. Select one or more files and open them.

Any kind of file can go in. Pictures and videos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, MOV, MP4 and the like) show in the grid as photos and videos; everything else is kept as a document.

SilentBox adds an encrypted copy. The file in Files stays where it was — delete it there if you want the vault to have the only copy.

If you tap From Files in the album list, with no album open, SilentBox asks where to put the files in Save to Album — unless the vault has only one album.
