If You Forget Your Password

Your recovery phrase opens the vault and lets you choose a new password. Nobody else can do it for you.

1. On the lock screen, tap Forgot Password?. If you see the PIN pad instead, tap Use Password Instead first.
2. Tap Use the recovery phrase.
3. Enter the 12 words you wrote down when you created the vault, in their numbered order, then tap Open the Vault.
4. Choose a new password, enter it twice and tap Save Password.
