Albums
Choose Album Covers
A cover shows a picture from each album in the album list — or keep the list private by hiding or blurring covers.
Pick the Cover Picture
- Open the album.
- Touch and hold the item you want as the cover.
- Tap Make Album Cover.
You can do the same from an open item: tap … at the top, then Make Album Cover. A bookmark on the thumbnail marks the cover you chose. If you don't choose one, SilentBox uses an item from the album.
Show, Hide or Blur Covers
- For every album: in the album list, tap Settings at the top of the album list (if you don't see it, tap … first). Under Albums, turn Show album covers and Blur album covers on or off.
- For one album: in the album list, touch and hold the album. Under Single Cover, choose Show or Hide, and Blur or Sharp. Default follows Settings.
- For all albums at once: in the album list, tap … at the bottom of the screen and choose under All Covers.
NoteCovers are on by default. The album list is the first screen after you unlock, so covers show what's in your vault right away — turn them off if you'd rather keep it private. With covers off, no thumbnails are decrypted for the list.
TipA blurred cover hints at what's in an album without showing the details. Make Album Cover appears only for albums that show a cover, and a locked album never shows one.
