The Trash
Move Items to the Trash
Deleting is never instant: items wait in the Trash for 30 days, so a mistake can always be undone.
- Open the album.
- Tap Select at the top, then tap each item you want to delete.
- Tap Move to Trash (the trash can at the bottom of the screen).
- Tap Move to Trash again to confirm.
To delete a single item, touch and hold it and tap Move to Trash. When an item is open, tap … at the top, then Move to Trash.
TipTo skip the confirmation, tap Settings at the top of the album list (if you don't see it, tap … first) and turn off Ask before deleting.
Delete an Album
- In the album list, touch and hold the album, or swipe left on it, and tap Delete. Inside an album, tap … at the bottom, then Delete Album.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Everything in the album moves to the Trash for 30 days. If you restore those items, they go to the main album — the one with a star, which can't be deleted.
NoteSilentBox never moves anything to the Trash on its own — only you do. Items in the Trash aren't included when you back up the whole vault.
