Scan a Document

Scan paper pages into one PDF in the vault, with the text read so you can search for it.

1. Open the album you want the scan in.
2. Tap + in the middle of the bottom bar, then tap Scan.
3. Hold the iPhoneiPad over each page. The scanner finds the edges and straightens the page.
4. When you've scanned every page, save the scan.

All the pages become one PDF, named Scan followed by the date and time. SilentBox reads the text on the pages, so searching for a word on them finds the document. See Words in scans.

If you tap Scan in the album list, with no album open, SilentBox asks where to put the document in Save to Album — unless the vault has only one album.
